Our Mission
Clairo Care exists because the traditional model wasn't working. Too much funding meant for care was getting eaten up by overhead, while caregivers—the people doing the hardest, most important work—were underpaid and unsupported. At the same time, the caregiver staffing crisis has made it harder for families to find and hire trusted staff, and some providers still hesitate to hire family members at all.
We built Clairo Care differently.
Our Plan
Instead of layering on overhead like a traditional provider, we built a technology-first company that automates the administrative work that used to require large teams. That efficiency means more of every dollar goes to the people actually providing care.
Paying caregivers more isn't a promotion or a marketing angle—it's our business model. Our success depends on attracting and keeping great caregivers, because well-supported caregivers provide better care.
At the end of the day, Clairo Care exists because families deserve better support, caregivers deserve to be valued, and we believe technology can help deliver both.

- Are you approved to receive Personal Care Supports in MD or In-Home & Community/Companion Care in PA?
- Do you have a smartphone with a data plan?
