CareBridge app help

CareBridge is the app Clairo caregivers, families, and office staff use for schedules, shifts, and care records. You sign in with a six-digit code we email you.

If your sign-in code does not arrive, check your spam or junk folder, give it a minute, then request a new code. Codes expire a few minutes after they are sent, so always use the most recent one.

If it still does not work, or you are locked out, call the office at (240) 621-1353 or email hello@clairo.care and someone will help you. Read our Privacy Policy for what the app collects and why.
