Personal Supports
Personal Supports is help with daily life — the routines, tasks, and activities that make independence possible. It includes enhanced support for participants whose needs call for a higher level of staffing, training, or support intensity. Support is delivered in the home and in the community, shaped by the participant's own plan and goals.
Community Development Services
Community Development Services (CDS) supports participation in community life — building skills, relationships, routines, and the kind of ordinary belonging that makes a week feel like a life.
Nursing Supports
Nursing Supports provides licensed nursing care within the participant's approved DDA services and individual plan, coordinated alongside the rest of the care team.

Employment Supports is individualized help to explore, obtain, learn, and maintain meaningful work — matched to the participant’s interests, strengths, and goals, and coordinated with their DDA plan.
Which services a participant can receive, and from whom, depends on their DDA plan, authorizations, and individual circumstances. *Community Development Services wages depend on the funding allocated to that service in the participant's budget. Wages vary by service, available funding, and employee eligibility.
